IMPORTANT MESSAGE: We will be updating the Go Live Video Banking platform on July 9, 2024. With the new platform, you will be required to input your cell phone number. You will receive a verification code on your cell phone and will be prompted to enter it into Go Live Video Banking before being connected to representative.
Please note that when you click on the Go
Live Video Banking button in the upper left corner, you will no longer be
redirected to a new webpage. Instead, a call window will appear in the bottom
right of your screen.
If you are using the Go Live Video Banking mobile app, you will be required to update the app to the new version on July 9 in order to connect with a representative.

Easy Access
- Click on the Go Live Button at the top of the 1st MidAmerica website
- Start an instant video call by providing your name, cell phone number and email address, then choose an option for service from the menu.
- A live representative will answer your video call.
Availability
Go Live representatives are generally available during normal business hours.
